Introduction

This Privacy Notice explains the information we collect, how we use and share it, and how to exercise rights you may have when using our websites (including, without limitation, supercode.one) and related applications and services (collectively, the "Services") operated by SuperCode.

Please also read our Terms of Service, which govern the Services.

SuperCode processes information both for our own business purposes (as a controller) and, when our Services are provided to organizations, as a processor. This Privacy Notice applies when SuperCode acts as a controller. Where we provide Services under contract with an organization (for example, your employer), that organization is the controller of your information processed by the Services ("Customer Data"). This policy does not apply to products or services offered by third parties. Each third party has its own terms and privacy policies.
